What do I NEED TO KNOW before I arrive?

The TKTO takes your safety seriously. The policies and waivers we have in place are there to protect and inform you and to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Closed toe shoes are mandatory.
This includes, fully covering, comfortable, closed toed athletic shoes. If you are wearing opened toed shoes, or shoes that leave the top of your foot exposed, such as flip-flops, sandals or light, canvas or ballet style shoes, you will not be permitted to throw. High heels are not recommended.

Upon arriving at the TKTO, you will be provided with a Safety & Liability Waiver. You must read this carefully and will not be allowed to participate in any TKTO activities until it has been signed. If you have any questions, we will be more than happy to walk you through the process and answer any concerns you may have.


CLOTHING & ATTIRE POLICY
Closed toe shoes are mandatory. This includes, fully covering, comfortable, closed toed athletic shoes. If you are wearing opened toed shoes, or shoes that leave the top of your foot exposed, such as flip-flops, sandals or light, canvas or ballet style shoes, you will not be permitted to throw. High heels are not recommended. We also recommend a comfortable, loose fitting top that won’t restrict arm or upper body movement.

The TKTO is a Fragrance Free facility.   We ask that you do not wear perfume or cologne when visiting the range.    We have experienced severe allergic reactions in the past, which has cause patrons to have to leave early from events.   As a courtesy to others, we ask that you refrain from using scented products when coming to the TKTO.


FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
You are welcome to bring food and beverages to our facility.

Please be aware, the TKTO does not offer any kitchen, including refrigeration, cooking ranges or ovens, barbecues, microwaves or sinks. 6' folding tables and a small cocktail table are available to set out a buffet-style meal, however proper dining tables and chairs are not onsite.

Regarding catering and food deliveries: Please ensure somebody from your group is present when the delivery arrives. We recommend requesting a phone call from the delivery person prior to arrival. The TKTO will not be held responsible for food deliveries when a group member is not present.


ALCOHOL POLICY
The TKTO does not sell or provide any alcoholic beverages at our facility. You are welcome to bring your own drinks. All alcohol must be self-served.

Permitted items: Beer, pre-mixed coolers or ciders IN CANS OR TETRA PACKS ONLY. Kegs and glass wine bottles are permitted, provided you use plastic cups.

Prohibited items: Hard alcohol, spirits, and liqueurs. Glass bottles (wine served in plastic cups is allowed). In addition, flasks or containers of home-made drinks are not permitted.

Please be aware that if you arrive, or become intoxicated, you will not be allowed to throw, and WILL be asked to leave. Guests are responsible for their own safe transportation to and from our facility. Please arrange a designated driver, use public transit, or hire a taxi. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.


CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18
We welcome children 13 years or older to throw knives. Please keep in mind, The TKTO is not a child care facility. We require a parent/guardian to be supervising their child at all times.   We require one parent/guardian per every two children.   The TKTO will not be held responsible for children under the age of 18 in the facility.


PET POLICY
As much as we adore animals, for the safety of all TKTO participants, pets are not allowed in the TKTO facility.   We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


CANCELLATION POLICY

For Private Groups & Events, bookings are subject to our 7 Day Cancellation Policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event and provide us with notice at least seven (7) days in advance, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to your new reservation, whichever you prefer. Cancelling within seven (7) days of your event, your deposit is not refundable or transferable.

You are required to confirm the total number of participants 48 hours prior to your event. Please be aware, you will be charged the minimum fee for your confirmed group size, regardless of final attendance. For example, if you have reserved for a group of twelve, and only eight people arrive for the event, you will be charged for the full twelve participants.


REFUND POLICY
Single Passes, Punch Cards (bulk passes) and Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Punch Cards (bulk passes) expire 12 months after purchase. No credit will be made available for unused passes.
We offer a 30 day return on retail merchandise (knives, clothing and other retail items), provided they are unused, and in their original packaging.
